Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. Please see photos and read item description carefully for details on sizing and specifications. We offer exchanges or refunds for faulty items or if you have chosen the wrong size.
Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer a return, replacement or refund.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you decide to return any items they must be packaged exactly how they arrived, wrapped and unworn to be eligible for a exchange or refund. The item must be sent back correctly and securely packaged, just like it arrived to you. If the item is damaged during transit because it was not packaged correctly, your refund or exchange will be rejected.
We do not offer change of mind refunds or exchanges. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings due to hygienic reason unless damaged or faulty.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) or rejected.
- Any item not in its original condition, original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our errors.
- For any items that is returned more then 30 days after delivery.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at jahanacreations@hotmail.com.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), earrings, sale items or gift cards. Polished stones/crystals that have naturally occurring cracks, inclusions and fractures. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will send instructions on the next steps to take.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Postage
We will refund any postage costs paid for any faulty items or if you received the wrong item. We do not refund postage costs paid for exchanges for changing of sizes.
This means if you decided to return an item that is not faulty, you will not be credited any postage amounts paid.
We do offer free return shipping, when we post back your exchanged items to your chosen address. Our customers will need to cover the postage cost to send the item back to us, but will not be charged any further postage costs after this.
